Meet your Provider

Alaina Cole is a board certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and native Montanan. She received her Bachelor's in nursing from Montana State University. She completed her Master's of Nursing through Boise State University.

My Story

I grew up in Glasgow, Montana and  started my healthcare journey by working as a CNA at a local skilled nursing facility. This experience left a lasting impression and inspired me to pursue the field of nursing.

I then went to Montana State University where I earned my Bachelor's in Nursing. As a nurse, I worked in home health, hospice, and inpatient rehab working in Montana, North Carolina, and New Mexico. Caring for individuals in the home setting and at the end of life gave me an unique insight into what people wanted and needed out of their healthcare team. I returned to school and graduated from Boise State University with a Master's of Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. I am currently certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

My philosophy of health care includes promoting healthy aging and lifelong well-being. I strongly believe in working collaboratively with my patients to help them achieve their health goals, while providing personalized, evidence-based care.

I look forward to partnering with new patients on their journey to optimal health and well-being. The clinic is accepting new patients who are 65 and older for their primary care needs.
